  Brandi is awesome, in the leasing office. She made the process of moving in so easy for my husband and my family. Through our entire leasing process she has been nothing but kind, helpful and just Awesome. We love her !!!! We love our house and the community is quiet, clean and pretty much drama free. We are blessed to call this Home.

  This review has been long overdo.... We moved in on January of 2017, our encounter with Brandy was really great and she took really good care of us as a new family moving into an unknown future in Kapolei. Before finding Kalaeloa Rentals me, as I always do read reviews before pursing or going forth with any permanent decisions. When I read the reviews that some tenants wrote before moving in, those reviews were so negative and almost made us not pursue moving here. but it all goes to show that everyone has their own opinions, and experience, and handles problems in different ways. Communication is the key as I see it. It has thought me to not totally make my decisions upon a couple of bad reviews, Had I taken those reviews as part of our moving in here we would have missed being part of this beautiful community. There were positive changes made, and more to come as I hear. Just wanted to say thanks to Brandy for helping us get here, Tasha for always being so kind and helpful over the phone when there is something that needs to fixed in our home, and of course those awesome maintenance team those guys are awesome. They come in say hello, and leave our homes with a smile and reassurance that everything is okay.
